The dual-mount wall bed mechanism attaches to both floor and wall structures for ease of assembly as well as maximum stability and durability. Minimum ceiling height is 83 inches. The open bed extends 86.2 inches from the wall. Maximum weight capacity is 1000 pounds including the mattress.

To avoid risk of injury, the bed must be installed to the wall and floor structure by a professional or qualified person. Two people are required for assembly.
